We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our kick-ass New Business Sales Team with a focus on enabling our work with top clients in Finland. In this role as the teams trusted backbone, you know how to keep track on sales leads and important customer related details, creating value for the whole team. Your role will include tasks related to both sales and marketing, and you enjoy coordinating the processes and information between these functions.
About the role
In this role, you will be focusing on new business opportunities and leads as the back-office expert. You will be making sure that the team has the right customer information in order to fulfill the promised SLA, and that new business leads will be processed on timely manner. You can also participate in customer contacting by using both inbound and outbound leads. You will be collaborating between the sales and marketing teams creating value for both. Your role also includes some marketing related tasks, e.g. webinar coordination.

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months. The salary range for this position is 2500€ - 3200€ depending on the selected persons experience. The position is located in Espoo, Finland. The position requires fluent Finnish and English language skills.

What we hope to see in this role
- Interest towards sales and marketing functions
- Experience in customer work, preferably in B2B sector
- Some experience in marketing - either work related, or you have taken classes from marketing during your studies
- A strong will to drive processes forward and to achieve results
- Good communication and team-work skills, as well as ability to handle details
- Fluent Finnish and English skills, other languages are seen as an advantage
- Strong interest to learn more about technology and cybersecurity
- Most importantly, the right attitude!
