About the role
We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager for Nixu´s Digital Identity business unit. In this position you will work among our other talented Identity and Access Management professionals within the team, which is providing tools and methodologies for taking our clients IAM-solutions to the next level.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the trusted person to lead our IAM-projects and keep the delivery engine running. You oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the different interests involved are satisfied and all commitments are fulfilled. Management of the whole assignment life-cycle working fluently and professionally between all project stakeholders is your area of responsibility.
Familiarity with constantly changing project environments and knowledge, experience and courage to handle also demanding situations is beneficial and valued. You enjoy facilitating meetings and workshops and feel comfortable being in front of people. Your role is to enable efficient and high-quality project delivery and at the same time lead and motivate team members to reach our common goals.

This is a permanent and full-time position, and the work is located in Sweden.

• Project management skills (including scope, cost, time, quality and risk management)
• Prior experience regarding IAM-projects is appreciated but not necessary
• Solid experience in managing expectations and change
• Good communication, facilitating and documentation skills
• Fluent Swedish and English language skills
