What do you do at Nixu?

We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team with a focus on serving and expand our top clients in Sweden. In this role as the client´s trusted contact person, you know how to recognize opportunities and capitalize them, always with the focus of creating value for both parties.

You will be responsible for taking your named accounts above and beyond by listening, understanding and solving our customers challenges with the most suitable solutions. You are expected to recognize and capitalize opportunities in the risk management domain.

We believe in winning together and we want you to be a team-working and social person. High focus on long term partnership relations with your customers, partners and colleagues is your way of working.

You will work very closely with the whole Nixu Group Client Experience and Delivery team. In Sweden we are 5 dedicated sales representatives. We believe in the magic of expertise and integrity, sealed with trust. In the end, business is about connecting with people!

• Solid experience in sales and Key Account management services within B2B business
• Solid experience in managing expectations and abilities to react fast to changing situations
• Drive for improvement and results, as well as problem-solving skills
• Abilities to listen to the client and transforming the needs into solutions

• Good communication, team- work and documentation skills
• Fluent Swedish and English skills, other European language skills seen as an advantage
• You like to meet new and existing customers
